Semi-homemade with refrigerator biscuits this cinnamon toast crunch bread is a great breakfast treat or sweet snack to serve guests and family.

I wanted to make something sweet and special for breakfast during the holidays. Typically I don't eat breakfast. However, aholiday quicheor something like aberry buckleis often a nice option during the Christmas holidays. This year I decided to go with a cinnamon toast crunch idea using packaged biscuits and my favorite crumble topping.

Making Cinnamon Toast Crunch Bread
If you've heard ofmonkey breadthen this technique should be familiar to you. You start by taking prepared refrigerator biscuits and dip them in melted butter followed by a cinnamon-sugar mix.

Cinnamon Toast Crunch Bread

Ingredients
- 1- 2 packages of refrigerator biscuits
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- 3/4 cups granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup melted butter
Topping
- 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 3/4 cups brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 cup oats
- 1/2茶匙盐
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F
- Grease a 9 x 5 inch loaf pan
- Combine 1 tablespoon of cinnamon with 3/4 cups of sugar in one bowl.
- In another bowl melt 1/2 cup of butter.
- Remove biscuits from the packaging.
- Dip each biscuit in the butter followed by the cinnamon and sugar mixture.
- Layer the biscuits into the loaf pan overlapping as you go.
- For the topping combine 3/4 cups of flour, 3/4 cups brown sugar, 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon and 1/2 cup of oats. Mix well.
- Pour 1/2 cup of melt butter on top and mix well.
